May I kindly request the Merit, Selection, and Promotion Plan (MSPP) of the following agencies: DENR, NBI, PNP, PCSDS, and BOC. I am researching how non-government awards and recognition impact the promotion of these Law Enforcement Personnel, and acquiring these documents will allow us to understand and develop a recognition award that has the most impact on the awardees.
