Dear Sir/Ma'am;
Warmest appreciation and thanks for looking into my concern. I have been anticipating your timely response. I am looking into data and memorandum regarding the "Bantay Kaisipan" program as it was mentioned in the introductory paragraph for the PNP Mental Health red Flag. I was one of the focal persons for disseminating this to the lower units as I am currently a member of the Station Health Unit Personnel and Reserve Medical force of our PRO.
I have prepared a Matrix for my Thesis and I was hoping I could have stronger and more valid archival and historical data on the above-mentioned Psychological interventions in our organization. My thesis panel has also requested me to present and cite memorandum or references that would back my claim in the existence of programs promoting Mental Health in our organization.
Attached is a tentative structure of the Matrix I am planning to present for my Thesis Defense and I would gladly accept any information you could help me with the success of my Thesis.

In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Sep 20, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
