Dear Ms. Teodoro,

You requested for records/legal documents on “(1) Average statistics of mendicants in various cities and municipalities in Bulacan and (2) Ordinances that support the Anti-Mendicancy Law of 1978.”

Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.

As mendicancy is a concern of local government units (LGUs), you may wish to consider addressing your request to the provincial and the various city and municipal LGUs of Bulacan instead.
