Hi we would like to request for a certified true copy of  any proclamation, memorandum or order issued by President Duterte embodying his public pronouncement in July 2016 that any person caught in possession of only 1 ammunition in NAIA would not be charged in court for the crime of violation of Rep Act 10591 to put an end to laglag bala scam.

It has been 50 days and we have not received any response yet. your threshold is only 45 days. This is long overdue. May we check on this please.
