Hi eFOI/CHED, I would like to secure of copy, if ever there is one, of any memorandum issued by CHED on rules regarding the issuance of copies of Transcript of Records of Universities (or HEIs for that matter), particularly on instances where transcripts of records are being transferred from one HEI to another.
