I would like to request for a copy of the memorandum of agreement entered by the city government of Tayabas with Primark Town Center for the construction and operation of a shopping mall in the city. The sign board shows it is a PPP project and we are not aware of any public consultation about this big and major project that will affect the small vendors and businesses in the nearby public market.
