Your request You asked for Memorandum of Agreement between LTO and QUEZON CITY LGU on IT Interconnectivity Response to your request Despite our efforts to furnish you with the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Quezon City and the Land Transportation Office, we evaluated that the said MOA contains provisions that cannot be disclosed without the consent of the parties involved.
