I have sent an email requesting a copy of General circular 85-003 and any other relevant issuance regarding temporary transfers directly to [email protected]. last September 25, 2019, as per your instructions. I have not received any reply or acknowledgement from PEZA office. In connection may we request for an official endorsement from your good office in order to obtain a copy of the requested circular.  Thank you very much.
