Hi! I would like to request for the memo lifting travel restrictions for CHED and DOST scholars. If there are no memo on this, may I know the steps needed for scholars to be allowed to travel for leisure.

Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact DOST at dost.gov.ph, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at their website. MOREOVER, lifting of derogatory record for Filipinos needed to secure Clearance from the government agency/ies who issued the derogatory record (Hold Departure Order/Watchlist Order/Alert list Order).
