I would like to obtain meeting minutes or record for a DOLE Meeting on 3 September 2019 With Thomas Chan, Teresa Liu, and Others. Because the meeting is debating significant public policy, I am requesting: Be advised, a similar request was previously improperly denied under: #DOLE-044214199256, however, in the response DOLE did not rely on one of the 9 allowable exemptions listed here: https://www.foi.gov.ph/downloads/inventory-of-exceptions-to-eo-2.pdf - therefore it is requested the documents be released in accordance with the law.
