Dear Ma'am/Sir,

I would like to request for a list of fair market values used in internal revenue purposes of housing properties in Cavite specifically Bacoor, Dasmariñas and Imus. The housing segments my thesis are focused on are the ff.: 
a) medium-cost (price of 3Mn - 6Mn) which are residential properties located in subdivisions 
b) high end cost (price of 6Mn above) which are condominium properties 

Hopefully, the sales transactions will include:
a) Sales Price
b) Fair Market Value
c) Locational Characteristics
d) Structural Characteristics
