A Blessed Day! Need your support po, My mother was diagnosed Severe Pneumonia and Covid19 Infection. Nasa ICU po sya since May 08. May complication narin po sa Hypertension, Blood sugar and other organs. Bumaba rin po ang kanyang Hemoglibin. Everyday po kailangan nya mag Hemoperfusion that cost us P40K daily , other than that ung mga medicine pa na sobra mahal at kailangan pa namin hanapin sa buong metro manila. Hospital asking us to pay daily to reduce the medical bill or else they won't grant clearance sa hemoperfussion nya or other medical test. Humhingi po kami ng tulong pls! Godbless po.

May 28, 2021 Dear Daphne Mae Cabauatan, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 28, 2021 01:59:15 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Medical Financial Assistance - Severe Pneumonia+Covid19. Response to your request We wish to inform you that the coverage of financial assistance under the PCSO Medical Assistance Program is for hospital confinement, chemotherapy and dialysis requests. Application for assistance shall depend upon the location of the health facility where the patient is being managed/treated. For facilities within Metro Manila, assistance is processed through online application at the PCSO Official Website. Please go to , find the E-Services tab and click on the NCR Online Application for Medical Assistance. Please see attached file. For those in the provinces, either proceed directly to the servicing PCSO Branch Office or coordinate first with the Medical Social Services or Billing Department of the facility, if applicable, to inquire on the specific process, as procedures vary between Branch Offices. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to . Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
