Hi I would like to ask for your good office an assistance for my Captain Baltazar Menes (HPG) Camp Crame who is currently admitted at Asian Hospital and Medical Center due to Critical Covid 19 Pneumonia which he contrated during his duty. All of the members of tge family also tested positive. The current hospital bill as of this moment is 4.5M peso. We humbly ask for your help and support. Thank you. May 19, 2021 Dear Nicole Reine Menes, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 11, 2021 01:39:37 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for MEDICAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR A POLICE OFFICER. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. HPG GESPO PEMS Randy V De Villa thru direct control and guidance of HPG Director PBGEN ALEXANDER C TAGUM proceed to the address of Mrs. Reinelda L Menes to meet and give the financial assistance to PCAPT Baltazar Menes, member of this group amounting of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 200,000.00) coming from this group thru the effort of our HPG Director.
