Good day Office of the Vice President, hihingi po sana ako ng tulong para po sa pambili po ng maintenance medicine ko po. I am diagnosed po with Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Dahil po napakahirap po ng buhay, nahihirapan po ako maiproved ang financial needs ko po sa pambili ng gamot. Lalo na at ako ay stay at home mom at ang asawa ko po ay minimum wager. Mayroon din po ako dalawang anak ang isa ay nasa Grade 4. Sa araw-araw palang po na pang gastos ay hirap na po kami sa pagbudgey dahil sa mahal ng mga bilihin. Kaya lumalapit po ako sa inyo para po ay maituloy-tuloy ko po ang aking gamutan.
