Ako po si Ryan Carlos, ako po ay lumalapit sa inyo na sana po matulungan niyo po kami na mabayaran ang natitirang bill ng aking anak. Siya po ay premature baby 7months old. Naiuwi na po namin ang aking anak ngunit mayroon pa kami unpaid promisory note na nagkakahalaga na 256,927.91.Kami po ay nakahingi na rin po ng tulong sa aming mga kamag-anak,lokal na pamahalaan ng aming lungsod, DSWD,PCSO at sa iba iba pa naming kakilala. Wla na po kami ibang mapagkukunan o mahihiraman para maipambayad sa hospital.
Sana po isa kami sa inyong matulungan.

Response to your request

Unfortunately, this is not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.

However, to know more about the requirements for the processing of financial assistance you may visit our Community Relations and Services Department  located at PAGCOR Corporate Office Annex, 1105 United Nations Ave. corner Maria Orosa Sts., Ermita, Manila.

Your right to request a review
