Good Evening po, nagbakasakali lang po na mapansin at matulungan niyo po ako.
May pasyente po kasi ako (mama ko po) si Luisa A. Antig 76 yrs. old, naka-admit sa Adventist Medical Hospital sa Pasay city 8 days siyang nasa ICU, kritikal po ang lagay niya for that 8 days at ngayon po pang 9 days po nag negative na po siya sa Covid. Pumunta po ako ng Makati city hall, hindi po ako nabigyan ng indigency at Social case study gawa po ng hindi pa po umabot ng 6 months ang mama dito sa makati. Ako lang po at mga anak ko ang botante dito, galing po kasi siya ng laguna kinuha ko nalang po nung nagkasaki

You asked for Medical Assistance.
Response to your request
We wish to inform you that the coverage of financial assistance under the PCSO Medical Assistance Program is for hospital confinement, chemotherapy and dialysis requests. Application for assistance shall depend upon the location of the health facility where the patient is being managed/treated.
For facilities within Metro Manila, assistance is processed through online application at the PCSO Official Website. Please go to , find the E-Services tab and click on the NCR Online Application for Medical Assistance.
For the Medical Assistance Program requirements, kindly go to this link https://www.pcso.gov.ph/ProgramsAndServices/CAD/MedicalAccessProgram.aspx.
For those in the provinces, either proceed directly to the servicing PCSO Branch Office or coordinate first with the Medical Social Services or Billing Department of the facility, if applicable, to inquire on the specific process, as procedures vary between Branch Offices.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to . Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
