Isang mapagpalang araw po sa inyo. Ako po si Monnaleet V. Dapitan. Ako po ay humihingi ng tulong para sa aking kapatid na si Erika Lorraine Valentin na ngangailangan makabitan ng hearing aid sa tainga. Siya po isang PWD at may sakit din sa puso. Kasalukuyan po syang senior highschool. Gusto po nyang makatapos ng pag aaral. Wala pong kakayahan ang aming pamilya para sa makabili ng hearing aid. Si tatay po ay isang senior citizen at may sakit n diabetis type2 tanging pagtatricycle lamang po ang kanyang trabaho. Si nanay po ay senior citizen din at kakaopera lang po sa puso (pacemaker).

Magandang araw po.. Regarding po sa nirerequest namin. Ang pinaka main concern po kase namin is hearing aid. Wala pong kaming ibang malapitan bukod po sa dswd. Ngunit kulang pa din po. Nagtry na po kami sa munisipyo pero wla po silang budget. Sana po matulungan nyo kami. Kailangan po ng agarang hearing aid ng aking kapatid. Kundi po permanente na po syang bingi or ung tinatwag po nilang "dead ear" nag aaral pa po ang kapatid ko. May sakiy din po sya sa puso. Gusto lang po nyang makatapos ng pag aaral. Wla po kase kming kakayahang makabili. Kagagaling lang po kse ng aming ina sa operasyon sa puso.
