I have a previous request but can't reply anymore. It was tagged as successful. Regarding my requesting for MEDICAL ASSISTANCE, i stated that this is for assistance go settle remaining hospital bill. My Mother was CONFINED last March 27-April22 and passed away last April 23. With my current situation, I don't have the capacity to settle the said remaining hospital bill for her confinement. We are seeking for your help and hope you could assist us. We tried to reach out through PCSO Website but can't get through with the NCR Assistance Application. Thank you

June 23, 2021 Dear GENESIS MANUZON, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 22, 2021 06:20:15 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for MEDICAL ASSISTANCE - HOSPITAL CONFINEMENT. Response to Request Please be informed that the application for Medical Assistant shall depend upon the location of the health facility where the patient is treated or managed. For the requirements for the Medical Assistance kindly go to https://www.pcso.gov.ph/ProgramsAndServices/CAD/MedicalAccessProgram.aspx. Submission of request within Metro Manila shall processed through online application at the PCSO Official Website. Please go to , find the E-Services tab and click on the NCR Online Application for Medical Assistance. The online application system is intended to secure financial assistance from the PCSO with in the premise of augmenting the costly medical expenses. It operates on a first come first serve basis. For those in the provinces, either proceed directly to the servicing PCSO Branch Office or coordinate first with the Medical Social Services or Billing Department of the facility, if applicable, to inquire on the specific process, as procedures vary between Branch Offices. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Office of the General Manager, 10th Floor Sun Plaza Building, Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City or at [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
