Ako po si Nympha Torres, dating empleyado ng gobyerno, 59 taong gulang ng Dasmarinas, Cavite. Ako ay lumalapit sa inyo upang humingi ng tulong para sa agarang operasyon ng aking asawang si Ike Torres, 59 taong gulang, indigent at walang trabaho, upang maalis ang bara sa kanyang puso. Kilakailangan niya mag Angiogram at Angioplasty sabi ng doktor kasi inatake siya sa puso noong December 26, 2021 at hangang ngayon January 2, 2022 ay nasa ospital pa din kami naka confine. Ang mga diagnosis sa kanya ay: ACS NSTEMI lateral wall CAD HF FC 3C; CAP-MR; CKD St. 3A sec to DKD vs HKD.

However, we regret to inform you that your Philippine Coast Guard cannot provide medical assistance for your husband's medical operation for we are not mandated to do otherwise. Moreover, according to Executive Order Nr. 2 series of 2016 this platform, electronic Freedom of Information (eFOI) platform, was designed to provide information, data, and other pertinent public documents for general public consumption which they may use as a reference for their research, work, etc. In your case, we are afraid to inform you that we will deny your request as it does not conform with the requirements stipulated in the aforementioned Executive Order. On the lighter note, we would like to advice you that you may address your concerns to your immediate barangay or your Local Government Units to assist you with your needs.
