Magandang hapon po, ako po si April Rica Tena from Baler Aurora. Ilalapit kolang po sana yung kapatid kona si LIMUEL DJ. SINDAC, 18 yrs. Old na naaksidente at kasalukuyan pong naka admit sa Wesleyan Hospital Cabanatuan. Nais lang po sana ng nanay ko na makalabas napo sila ng ospital dahil 2 months na po sila don. At maitransfer ang kapatid ko sa PJG para po siya ay maoperahan. Sana po ay matulungan nyo po kami. Maraming salamat po!
