My name is Rayniel Bongon , 24 years old and I am writing this letter with a lot of hope that maybe you will be able to help me. My son was diagnosed with CKD V and he’s undergoing Hemodialysis 3x a week With this, I will be so grateful if you can provide me some financial assistance for his daily maintenance (medicines) and assuring immediate response .
