Iam one in a million OFW,who is not lucky to have a good employer, and being repatriate and no work for almost 3months..when I arrived in my country home,I thought I could claim some benefits from our government like OWWA,even for the scholarship of my kids still iam an active member of this Program, but sad to say,OWWA DENIED my apply to the scholarship of my daughter and still I apply for DOLE-AKAP To support the expenses and medical assistance for my son which is sick before I arrived.. Again, sad to say,OWWA said that there is no funds releasing from DOLE,so what will I do now?
