This is the response to my inquiry regarding our school's NAT scores. I would like to obtain the total results of the Mean Percentage Score (MPS) of our school's Grade 12 students for two years, 2017–2019. Mathematics, Language and Communication, Social Studies, and 21st-century skills (problem-solving, information literacy, and critical thinking).
This data is required for our school's action research. Its objective is to keep track of our students' progress. Its primary goal is to construct intervention programs that will assist learners in improving their abilities and achieving higher quality learning outcomes. The outcome of this action research is research articles published in peer-reviewed journals.
I am hoping for a favorable response on this matter.

Please be informed of the additional requirements you need to submit. To process your request, kindly submit the following documents to [email protected], stating your FOI request tracking code:
a. Letter specifying the purpose of the request and the data being requested (year administration, scope, variables);
a. School ID to show proof that you are enrolled in a higher education institution;
B. Copy of your approved thesis/dissertation proposal signed by your Adviser;
c. Endorsement letter signed by the school Dean.
Note that the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) can only release 10% of the actual number of examinees per year. Individual test results with names shall not be released unless the “data subject agrees to the collection and processing of personal information about and/or relating to him/her” per Section 3 of Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Additionally, a corresponding amount shall be charged by BEA for the processing of the data request.
