Hi there, I would like to ask the following with regards to Covid quarantine individuals.

1. Food - How much is the budget for each individual per meal?
2. Should the food be prepared by only one catering service? base here in General Santos for example. only one catering service is being supplied for all "26 barangays". Which makes very much delay for food distribution. Morning around 8-9am; Lunch pass 12nn and pass 1pm. 
3. Quarantined individuals don't get enough food when served, even the rice is like 2-3tablespoon when eaten. How can that person be recovered?
