Hi i would like to know the legal and jutisdiction of the sangguniang bayan and the chairman of trade and industry market and slaughter house to take action
1. Municipal mayor and market administrator changes the terms and condition on a contract lease of stall owners in the market indicated in the ordinance with out the advice, approval or knowledge of the sangguniang bayan ang chaiman of the committee which are as follow
A. Length of lease from 3years in the ordinace to 1year
B. Adding a condition like lgu can revoke/cancel the contract at anytime he pleases with or with just cause.
