Greetings! I'm Chrismabey Decio, a bona fide 5th-Year Architecture student from the College of Architecture, Design, and Built Environment - PUP Manila, currently taking Architectural Design - Thesis Writing.
Hi! I would like to request information regarding:
1. The number of veterans from 2015-2020 ( Army, Navy, Air Force).
2. Number of physically disabled veterans / Amputation Statistics
4. Benefits or privileges for the veterans and their dependents
5 Maximum hospitalization for AFP personnel and veterans in AFP Hospitals

I refer to my letter of Oct 16, 2020 01:01:21 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Maximum Hospitalization.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Could you clarify the information on the (Request 1) Number of Veterans from 2015-2020, are you asking for their total number or the respective number of veterans from the Army, Navy, and Airforce?
(2) In the number of physically disabled veterans, are you referring to a total number of veterans only (?) In what years of the total number do you need?
