November 11, 2020 Dear Aurelio Sumeguin, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 28, 2020 01:04:01 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for masterplan of Bulacan International Airport. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this office can only provide you the contact person that can better assist you with your query. As the ATPD (concerned agency) has no copies of Feasibility and Master Plan Study of Bulacan Airport. The FS/MP study for New Manila (Bulacan) Airport was conducted by a private proponent (San Migule Corp.), as the owner of the said study, this office is not allowed to release information without the approval of the proponent. (Please see attached response from concerned agency) However, you may wish to contact San Miguel Corporation (SMC) or you may directly lodge your request through their email address: [email protected] or via their hotline number: 0702-4793/0702-4887.
