Dear Mercy,
Thank you for your request dated Feb 11, 2019 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Master Plan of Drainage System for UP Diliman.
Please be informed that we cannot provide the entire “Drainage Masterplan” of the UP Diliman as the DPWH has only specific jurisdiction along the road network in UP Diliman, namely University Avenue, Osmeña Street, Roxas Street and CP Garcia Street. For the rest of road network in UP Diliman, it is under the jurisdiction of the Local Government of Quezon City. For further inquiries on the matter, kindly coordinate with our Quezon City 2nd District Engineering Office and look for Engr. Ariana Dapegran at Tel. no. 928-6385.
