In reference to your data request, you may refer to our Regulations of Republic Act No. 11909: otherwise known as the “Permanent Validity of the Certificates of Live Birth, Death, and Marriage Act”, is the law establishing the permanent validity of certificates of live birth, death, and marriage, including reports of birth, death and marriage, collectively referred herein as civil registry documents.
This Act lapsed into law on 28 July 2022.
