Hi, Good afternoon i would like to request some research about the acceptability of squash in food industry also, i would like to know if squash can be an alternative to a usual mojos, also i would like to request what are the benefits or nutrients that the squash can give. Hi JC. You may browse the online version of the Philippine Food Composition Table using this link: https://i.fnri.dost.gov.ph/fct/library/show/539. In that link, you can get the nutritional content of the squash in its raw form. However, if you wish to get the nutritional content of the boiled version, you can still check it using the same link. You just have to register and log in if you are a new user of the site. As for the researches done on squash, you may visit our office and check our library for the actual documents, You may also want to check our main website using this link: https://www.fnri.dost.gov.ph/index.php/publications/fnri-seminars-series.
