Hi NEDA FOI Clearance Officer,
I'm an individual not affiliated with academe or other research institutions. I'm just asking for an update for a very much needed and essential search and rescue service for our fellow Filipinos, especially fishermen, maritime travelers and tourists alike.
This project had a budget of PhP 5,424,486,000 from 2011-2013* but no helicopters were purchased for us tax paying Filipinos that need peace of mind when traveling our country, or when disasters strike.
This project was last submitted to your good office last February 24, 2016 according to this ICC Project Appraisal Monitor (IPAM) document: http://www.neda.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/Projects-in-the-ICC-Appraisal-Monitor-as-of-29-Sep-2016.pdf
And the document says a NEDA ICC Technical Board deliberation (first round pass) supposedly occurred last 11 May 2016. May I please ask what is the result of the Project Evaluation Report (PER) or the Status Report on Project Appraisal?
