Greeting; to show cause that initial PR card cancellation by commissioner is valid. However individual was able to re obtain PR card by falsifying yet another Misrepresentation using a 45 yr old daughter that never resided in the PH to be a surrogate in order for Marie loan tran salanga to circumvent the immigration laws. She had initially gross misrepresented to obtain initial PR card but was cancelled by the commissioner himself and was also denied on her MR request for reinstatement thus she found a way internally to re obtain this PR card. There is definitely something wrong on this matter
