Good day! I want to request a whole copy of Marcos Diaries to index it and make it available to the public. I already requested a copy of it through the Presidential Commission on Good Governance and they said that NHCP has all the copyright of all the documents handled by PCGG through a Memorandum of Agreement. The scope is preferably from the years 1971-1986 Thank you.
