Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. The Signage Systems Manual for Hospitals and Offices and the Schedule of Physical Plan Maintenance Program are already available for releasing however, we’ll have to ask you to come over to our office to pick up the documents since the Department does not have the soft copies for these anymore. For this, we apologize.
