Dear Ms. Teston,
We received your requests for copies of our Guidelines for compilation purposes. May we be clarified on the specific purpose of the compilation?
The NCMB Manual of Procedures on Conciliation-Mediation as well as the Procedural Guidelines in the Conduct of Voluntary Arbitration Proceedings are currently being revised and still in the process of deliberation. Hence, we cannot give you copies as of this time.
As to TVAAC Resolution, please clarify the Resolution that you are looking for as there is no resolution matching the number that you have given.
As to Omnibus Rules Implementing the Labor Code, we are not the proper office to provide you that.
Thank you for your interests on our guidelines. Best regards.
