Dear Mr. Isudora: This has reference to your request for Manual Guidelines of Planning and Design for Fishport which will be used for your thesis, dated Sep 16, 2022, 04:41:38 PM, received by this office on September 19, 2022, please be informed that your request is partially granted. In view of the thereof, we wish to inform you that your request may not be granted in due course, such information falls under the exceptions mentioned in Section 4 of Executive Order No. 2, rule number 6 of the guidelines of such exceptions "Prejudicial disclosure", that the manual is still subject for our Agency's board approval. However, we wish to encourage you to lodge a request to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), as our Agency follows the structural standards of the Department in our fish ports and post-harvest facilities.
