I would like to request the City Ordinance 8346 of Manila City, also known as "An Ordinance governing Joint Ventures between the City of Manila and Private Sector partners, " providing the procedures for identifying joint venture projects and selecting joint ventures venture partners, instituting accountability mechanisms, and for other purposes. The sole purpose of the request is for research and development.
