Good day! I am a senior researcher of Project MapABLE under the IM4ManilaBay Program. We are a research project funded by the Department of Science and Technology and aimed at developing an integrated water quality monitoring system for Manila Bay and linked river systems using geospatial technology. We'd like to request for all available historical water quality data for Manila Bay which we can use to calibrate our water quality models and validate our maps generated from satellite imagery. I believe PCG-MEPCOM has this.
