Dear BIR, I am a condo unit owner in Manhattan Parkview Cubao, a project of Megaworld. Until now, our condo association still has VAT and BIR COR is not yet issued allegedly because of a pending case of Manhattan Parkview Inc which is now Manhattan Parkview Condominium Association Inc. May i know what is the violation of our condo corp that BIR is still pending? Our property management and the developer doesn't want to give us the details.

Your query is with regards to the violation committed by your condominium corporation under Manhattan Parkview Cubao which is a project of Megaworld. Also, that it is not yet issued with BIR COR.
In reply we would like to inform you that the information requested cannot be granted as it falls under Sensitive Personal Information under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 under (2) as defined – “Individual’s health, education, genetic or sexual life of a person, or to any proceeding for any offense committed by such person, the disposal of such proceedings, or the sentence of any court in such proceedings.”
