Good day! I am a 5th year civil engineering student of the university of science and technology of southern phillippines (USTP).In compliance for my undergraduate thesis study I would like to know the following information.
1.Malolos city flyover both structural and archutectural plans
2.any soil profile along gusa national highway in cagayan de oro ranging from the robinson supermarket to the intersection at galaxy and coastal (any soil profile in the said range at gusa).
Be noted that any information that will be released in your good office will be strictly for thesis purpose only.

I refer to my letter of Jan 24, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Malolos city flyover structural and arcitectural plan and soil profile in gusa cdo. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Apr 17, 2020.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
