Hello FOI Officer, I would like to request a copy of the maintenance record including the replacement of busted lights, schedule of housekeeping, and retrofitting for the following road and bridge. 1. Bolbok Flyover - S01937LZ 2. Batangas Port Access Road 13.764644, 121.050883 This is for the period 2023 and Kindly include the 2024 proposed maintenance schedule. I am requesting this information if DPWH Batangas have plans to replace the busted lights as this is unsafe for motorist.
