Hi, I would like to clarify how transfers of ownerships of pre-owned motor vehicles are tagged in LTO database. Are they tagged as renewals or new registrations (since new owner & new details)? 2021 LTO Data shows the following: * Cars/UV/SUVs - 343,293 new registrations * Motorcycles/TCs/NCs - 2,108,565 new registrations 2021 Data from ASEAN Automotive Federation (AAF) for the Philippines: * Cars/UV/SUVs - only 268,488 units sold * Motorcycles/TCs/NCs - only 1,435,677 units sold Source: https://mb.com.ph/2023/02/08/ph-ranks-high-in-asean-2022-cars-motorcycle-sales/ Thank you!
