Dear FOI, I would like to request for a serial number for my driving license for the year 2017-2022. I was not able to have my card printed for the said year. This coming May 17, 2022, my 5 years driving license will expire and I need to renew it. This is why I was told to access the LTO site. However, upon registering I cannot get into the registration process for I do not have a serial number. Please help me access the serial number. Thank you

May 10, 2022 Dear Victor, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 04, 2022 06:16:16 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for LTO SERIAL NUMBER. Response to Request The Serial Number is required in creating an LTMS Account. Unfortunately some of our clients still don't have a Driver's License Card or are still having trouble entering their serial number. So, in Creating your LTMS Account, you will see the first question will be: " Do you have a Philippine Driver’s or Conductor’s License?" Yes No Kindly select "NO" and then proceed to complete the Client Information and continue with your renewal. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to LTO Assistant Secretary Edgar C. Galvante at [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
