Good day! I would like to request a memorandum that states how LTO prohibits 99db for aftermarket exhaust for low displacement engines; and if there is any EXCEPTIONS regarding about motorcycles with high displacement engines like 400cc There is a confusion regarding their 99db wherein does it include 400cc and above motorcycles.
