Land Transportation Office(LTO)

Hi! I would like to make a request of certification of my license. I am planning to apply for a foreign driver’s license in Canada. I am currently in Bohol right now and it would be extra expensive for my part if I would travel to Luzon and personally request it in the Central Office. I am hoping for your kind considerarion and understanding. Thank you so much!

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform.
 
However, you or your authorized representative may apply for the Driver's License Certificate at the License Section, LTO Central Office, East Avenue, Quezon City.
 
Kindly send your authorized representative a copy of your driver’s license, authorization letter and a copy of a valid government issued ID of your representative, a corresponding fee of Php 100.00 is charged for the said certification.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to LTO Assistant Secretary Atty. Teofilo E.
