Good day! I am currently applying my foreign license here in Japan and some of the requirements to be needed is my LTO Driver’s License Certification and the owner’s copy of Affidavit of Lost since the card that I have right now is a duplicate from my old license, and also I lost the owner’s copy of Affidavit of lost when I was in the Philippines early this year. I am wondering if I could process and obtain these documents at Land Transportation Office, BARMM, Cotabato City through online if permitted. Thank you and Godbless!
