Dear Sir/Madam: I authorized my sister in-law to get for me a Driver's License Certificate at the Cebu City LTO Regional Office in Natalio Bacalso Avenue. This is to secure for me a Driving License here in Singapore. At the office, the officer told here that they run out of paper and told her to get the Certificate from the main office in Manila instead. Since I don't have any relatives in Manila, so my only option is to get it at LTO Cebu. My request is, I would like to know when can you send Certification paper supply to Cebu City LTO Regional Office? Thank you very much.
