The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform. To create changes/retrieved your LTMS portal account, please send to this email: "Client Care"; with the following requirements below. 1.) Active email address 2.) One valid ID with signatures 3.) Letter of consent indicating that you allow LTO client care to change/retrieve your LTMS portal account, dated today with your name and signature. 4.) Current photo of holding your valid ID.
