Hi, For conversion of Philippine license to Singapore license, one requirement in Singapore is the date of 1st issuance of the license issued by LTO. I am currently applying for this but I cannot complete my application as the physical license do not have the exact issuance date of the license. As I cannot personally go to LTO, can this be applied and issued online and through email and what are the requirements? Thank you in advance, Berni Tapang
