I am studying LRT projects across the world and am interested in the LRT1 Public Private Partnership (PPP) Project between the government thru Department of Transportation (DOTr), Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) and the private concessionaire, the Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC). In view of this, I would like to obtain a copy of the LRT1 Concession Agreement between DOTr-LRTA and LRMC. Thank you and hoping for your positive response.

Dear Officer, Many thanks for the prompt reply. I am studying the contractual structure and provisions of LRT Projects globally that are implemented on PPP basis. The Manila LRT concession is a good example of a LRT concession. Hence I intend to study the entire contract alongwith its schedules. More specifically the main contract and schedules related to commercial terms of availabilty payment mechanism and KPIs will be most relevant. This will help me understand good market practices that are followed globally and metros planned in other cities can greatly benefit from this experience and practices. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Hope my request will be considered favourably. Regards Amol
